We are a team of talented licensed mental health professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive and individualized mental health services. We felt strongly that forming a group of like-minded and culturally diverse professionals provides a foundation that allows us to give individuals seeking help immediate accessibility to the various services needed to best address their concerns.

We provide consultations, individual adult and adolescent long-term and short-term psychotherapy, psychological and psychiatric evaluations, medication management, groups, and neuropsychological, psychological, and psycho-educational assessments.  Services can be made available in English, Hebrew, French, and German.

Our group currently consists of two psychologists (Dr. Efrat & Dr. Seckinger) and one psychiatrist (Dr. Tate). All of us have worked in multiple treatment settings and have extensive experience in our respective fields.  We feel this gives us not only a broad experience base but also an edge in terms of effectively treating and consulting on a wide range of issues. Committed to staying abreast of the latest advances in our fields, we routinely share our knowledge as we believe this fosters our ability to best serve our clients’ needs.
